Our magnetic polishing solution is expertly formulated to improve the efficiency of your polishing process, significantly reducing wear on workpieces such as hardware, kitchenware, jewelry, and various metal alloys including stainless steel, aluminum zinc alloy, and copper alloy. This versatile liquid serves to brighten surfaces, remove imperfections, and provide a protective layer that minimizes further damage during the grinding process.

Suitable for use with magnetic tumblers, this solution is ideal for achieving a polished, smooth finish on a variety of metal items. It ensures effective descaling and brightening, particularly in the gaps of intricate designs. For optimal results, it should be used in conjunction with corresponding magnetic polishing needles and a magnetic polishing machine.

Usage Instructions:  

To use, add water to the polishing machine according to its capacity, and then mix in 3-5% of our magnetic polishing liquid. For every 1 kg of polishing liquid, you can process approximately 30-100 kg of workpieces. Depending on the material and complexity of the workpiece, the recommended working time is between 20-60 minutes. Special care should be taken to separate stainless steel and non-ferrous metals from blackened or oil-polluted parts for dedicated grinding and brightening.
