01 Working principle of continuous casting machine

Adopting inert gas protection melting to prevent metal oxidation, the power traction casting method can cast high-density gold, K gold, silver and other precious metal sheets, round bars, square bars, round tubes and special-shaped products in a short period of time. The downward casting method is used to control the internal sand holes of the finished product to the lowest limit, and the finished product fully meets the requirements of deep processing. 02 Structural model of continuous casting machine

Continuous casting machine is used to melt precious metals such as gold, silver, copper, etc., and directly cast them into shapes according to production requirements (such as pipes, sheets, wires, etc.) through continuous cooling and solidification processes. This technology achieves continuous production of precious metals through automated production lines, significantly improving work efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and simplifying production processes.

Company currently produces three models, CC003, CC005, and CC008, to meet different melting requirements. All three models use a 380V power supply and can cast metals such as gold, silver, and copper. They are protected by argon or nitrogen gas (input pressure 200kPa) and come with a standard temperature range of 0 to 1150 ℃ (optional up to 1450 ℃). They are supplied with pure water and continuously cast. The body comes with built-in diagnostics and automatically shuts down in case of abnormalities. They are suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from 5 to 40 ℃ and water temperatures ranging from 10 to 20 ℃.

Equipment inspection

Check if the cooling water system is unobstructed, if the water temperature, pressure, and quality meet the requirements. Check if the upper and lower molds match, if the roller tube, guide rod head, and lubrication system are intact. Check if the electronic control system, sensors, limit switches, and alarm devices are functioning properly

Raw material preparation

Confirm that the metal composition and temperature meet the process requirements and prepare combustion supporting materials

Safety confirmation

Operators should wear protective equipment (heat-resistant clothing, protective goggles, protective shoes, safety helmets, etc.) and confirm that the emergency stop button and safety barrier are in normal condition

Startup and Casting Process Control

Start sequence: Open the cooling water system and confirm that the flow rate and water temperature are normal; Activate the guide rod device, send the guide rod head to the bottom of the upper mold and seal it; Activate the roller conveyor auxiliary equipment.

Metal liquid pouring

Control the pouring temperature and pouring speed, avoid overcooling or overheating, observe the metal liquid level height, maintain stability, and prevent overflow

Casting process monitoring

Real time monitoring of mold crystallization temperature, effluent temperature, and molten metal temperature, observation of casting surface quality (cracks, slag inclusions, etc.), inspection of lead rod speed and roller pressure to ensure smooth casting transportation

Shutdown and maintenance

Normal shutdown: Stop pouring molten metal and continue cooling with water until the casting completely leaves the crystallizer; Reduce the speed of the ingot and stop the roller conveyor equipment; Turn off the lubrication system and keep the cooling water running for a period of time until the equipment cools down to 100 ℃.

Emergency stop: In case of water leakage, liquid leakage, abnormal equipment vibration, rapid temperature rise, etc., immediately press the emergency stop button to cut off the metal liquid supply and ensure the safe evacuation of personnel.

routine maintenance

Clean up the residue on the inner walls of the upper and lower molds, check for wear and tear, check for blockages or leaks in the cooling water pipes, lubricate various transmission components, tighten loose bolts, record equipment operating parameters and abnormal situations, and report them in a timely manner
