Operation guide for continuous casting machine.

1. Equipment inspection

Check if the cooling water system is unobstructed, and if the water temperature, pressure, and quality meet the requirements;

Check whether the upper and lower molds match, whether the roller tube, guide rod head, and lubrication system are intact;

Check that the electronic control system, sensors, limit switches, and alarm devices are functioning properly;

2. Raw material preparation

3. Safety confirmation

9. Daily maintenance
