Common problems and solutions of suck-type casting machine

HOME    公司活动    Common problems and solutions of suck-type casting machine

Suck-type casting machine function is to pour the molten metal solution into the calcined plaster mold to vacuum and exhaust, reduce the blisters and burrs produced by the casting product, increase the surface smoothness of the workpiece, and increase the output of the workpiece. It uses a large accumulator cylinder and a dust-proof filter element, so the vacuuming and exhausting is faster, and the work efficiency is higher.

Suck-type casting machine has two specifications to choose from to meet different output requirements. The 5-inch vacuum casting machine is suitable for 3.5-inch, 4-inch, and 5-inch stainless steel flask. The 9-inch vacuum casting machine is suitable for 5-inch, 6.3-inch and 8.6-inch stainless steel flask.

  1. No response from vacuum switch/vacuum pump
  1. The vacuum switch is damaged; replace the vacuum switch.
  2. AC contactor is broken; replace AC contactor.
  3. Abnormal input and output voltage; check whether the voltage reaches the rated value
  1. The vacuum pump is working but cannot pump the vacuum
  1. Vacuum pump reverse; adjust the phase sequence (change the position of the two live wires arbitrarily).
  1. Insufficient vacuum
  1. Damaged graphite gasket; replace with a new graphite gasket.
  2. Air leakage at the filter cover or pipe joint; Use foam to check the tightness of the fluorine rubber ring and the joints of the filter drum cover.
  3. Exhaust solenoid valve is jammed or damaged by aging; check and replace the exhaust solenoid valve.
  4. The filter is too dirty; clean and replace the filter.
  5. The vacuum oil of the vacuum pump is too dirty; check and replace the vacuum oil.
  1. The vacuum in the filter barrel is normal; and the vacuum in the inverted mold barrel cannot be drawn when the casting switch is turned on
  1. Damaged casting switch; replace the switch.
  2. Damaged casting solenoid valve; replace the solenoid valve.
  1. No response when pressing the exhaust button
  1. Damaged exhaust switch; replace the exhaust switch.
  2. The exhaust solenoid valve is damaged; replace the exhaust solenoid valve.
